These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and QadraLabs (“QadraLabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to domez.app and the domez mobile applications, features, and services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use domez. Our Privacy Policy, when published, will explain how we handle personal information and will form part of your relationship with us.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. You may not use domez if we previously disabled your account for serious or repeated violations.

Provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care. Do not impersonate anyone, create deceptive accounts, sell or transfer accounts, or use another person’s account without permission.

domez uses location information you choose to provide, including device location or a selected area, to show nearby Domes, people, and events. Results and distances may be approximate, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. You can deny device-location access and use available manual location choices, although some nearby discovery features may be limited.

Never use location features to track, stalk, threaten, or expose another person. Do not publish a private address or precise location without authorization. Location visibility and processing are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You keep ownership of posts, comments, photos, event listings, Dome details, profile information, and other material you submit (“User Content”). You confirm that you own it or have all permissions needed to share it, and that it does not violate law or anyone else’s rights.

To operate domez, you give QadraLabs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, distribute, and show your User Content through the Service. This license is only for operating, improving, securing, and promoting the Service, consistent with your settings, and ends when the content is deleted except where copies reasonably remain in backups, were shared with others, or must be retained by law.

Do not rely on domez as your only copy of important content. Feedback and ideas may be used without restriction or payment, but we do not claim ownership of them.

You may not use domez to create, upload, promote, or coordinate:

• harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, doxxing, hate speech, or discrimination;
• sexual exploitation, abuse or endangerment of minors, non-consensual intimate material, or sexually explicit content involving minors;
• violence, terrorism, human trafficking, self-harm encouragement, or dangerous criminal activity;
• fraud, scams, spam, deceptive engagement, unlawful sales, or unauthorized advertising;
• content that infringes privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights;
• malware, automated scraping, account abuse, security bypasses, or interference with the Service; or
• anything illegal in your location or the place where an event occurs.

These examples are not exhaustive. Context matters, and we may publish additional Community Guidelines consistent with these Terms.

Domes and events are created and organized by users unless we clearly say otherwise. Organizers are responsible for accurate descriptions, permissions, venue rules, capacity, accessibility, safety, cancellations, and any promises they make. Joining a Dome or indicating attendance does not guarantee entry, availability, suitability, identity, or safety.

Use reasonable judgment before meeting anyone: choose appropriate public places, tell someone you trust, arrange your own safe transport, protect personal information, and leave or contact local emergency services if a situation feels unsafe. You participate in offline activities voluntarily and accept their ordinary risks. domez does not supervise user-organized meetings and is not the organizer, employer, agent, insurer, or guarantor of users.

You can report content, accounts, Domes, and events and block users through available in-app tools. You may also contact us about urgent safety or abuse concerns. Reports must be made honestly and must not be used to harass others.

We may investigate, restrict visibility, remove content, cancel access to features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or notify authorities where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people, comply with law, or maintain the Service. We may consider context, severity, risk, history, and available evidence. We do not promise to review every item before publication or resolve every dispute between users.

If you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken, contact us with your account details and relevant context. We may reverse or modify a decision, but we are not required to restore content that cannot safely or lawfully be restored.

QadraLabs and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and other materials excluding User Content. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features; set reasonable technical limits; test different experiences; and perform maintenance. We will try to give reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects users, unless urgent security, safety, or legal reasons prevent it. The Service is currently offered without a stated subscription fee; if paid features are introduced, their price and additional terms will be shown before purchase.

Third-party services, links, maps, stores, devices, or networks may have separate terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for providing or supporting domez except as required by their own applicable terms.

You may stop using domez at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls or by contacting us. Some information may remain where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or content you shared with others.

We may suspend or terminate access when you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the Service, or when required by law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, licenses already relied upon, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particular discovery results, the accuracy of user content or location information, or the identity, conduct, quality, legality, or safety of any user, Dome, organizer, venue, or event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QadraLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, lost profits or data, or harm arising from another user’s conduct, an offline interaction, or an event not organized by us. Our total liability for claims connected with the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or ₪500.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other rights protected by mandatory consumer law. You agree to compensate QadraLabs for third-party claims caused by your unlawful User Content, your material breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service, but only to the extent permitted by law and attributable to your conduct.

We may update these Terms as the Service, law, or risks change. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice in the Service or through contact details linked to your account and state the new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after the change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to mandatory law, the competent courts in Haifa, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction. If consumer law where you live gives you rights or permits proceedings that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.

If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the rest will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service while preserving applicable user rights. These Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them are the entire agreement about the Service.
